The average guy that is just barely making the monthly payment and wants to go from a interest only to a fixed rate, 30yr loan, with these low interest rates? Lawyers are coming out of the woodwork, as usual, and trying to capitalize on the public down fall. Many individuals are getting no answer from their loan agencies, or the loan companies are blowing off the home owner and telling them that there is nothing that can be done to help them. I thought that the government was helping out everyone that was having difficulties? Nevertheless, I will stop my complaining and hope to get a helpful answer.
