4 months pregnant need some answers to put my mind at ease?

heya im 4 months pregnant, i had , it was quite rough and the next day i had really bad pains and i was really worried i hurt my baby but the next day the pains went away this is my first baby and im so paranoid about aches and pains and im so terrifed of miscarriage, and also i have a bump it gets bigger when i eat but when i wake up in the mornings my bump has got smaller (is this normal), i have had no bleedin or anything, so am i ok???? i know im being paranoid but i just need answers, if you dont bleed and the pain goes away is your pregnancy still going ok?
