ins Creed Plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 points!!?

I am playing ins Creed, and I have trouble finding missions. It says scale a veiw point to locate them, but every time I clibm them, nothing happens. I have to investigate three times to access a memory block and I have no idea how to find them. Every time I pause it and go on map, all it shows are scholars, vigilantes, veiw points, and save citizen and Nothing else, plzzzhelp!!
