Is there anyway we could trade Obama for Putin.?

The one thing Putin has over Obama is strength in character he says what he wants and he is a much stronger individual. Putin all ready called Obama weak in Foreign Affairs and he is right. Remember when Putin tried to take over Georgia for the oil line Obama was slow to react and then made the embarring statement "Let NATO deal with this problem" having no clue Russia had veto power in Nato!
