Officiating questions.?

I don't have anything either way with either team. I'm watching the game overseas with Serbian announcers. I agree with the holder call. But what about 1) the roughing the per call, 2) the facemask - looked like both players grabbed the facemask. Also Arizona was right on two challenges. What's up with these officials?
